Our recruitment process
Your application
Have you spotted your dream job here? Then send us your application! We need your CV as well as some further information and your contact details. A cover letter or letter of motivation is not required, but you are of course welcome to send us one anyway.
The selection process
After you have uploaded your application documents, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Checking and pre-selection can take some time, so we ask you to be patient. If you have any questions about the status of your application in the meantime, we will be happy to help you by e-mail or phone or, if necessary, we will contact you ourselves with questions about your application.
We will then let you know whether an interview is possible or not. If it didn’t work out this time, feel free to apply again at a future point in time.
The first interview
Once we are interested in your profile, we will send you an invitation for a Microsoft team or telephone interview. Our initial interviews usually last a maximum of 60 minutes. The team leader from the department in which you would like to work and, if necessary, another specialist will take part. The purpose of this interview is to get to know each other.
The second interview
We will invite you again if the first round was convincing for both sides. Our second interview will take a maximum of 90 – 120 minutes. Someone from our recruiting team will take part, as well as one or two colleagues from the department and the team leader you already know from the first interview, as well as the department head, if applicable. We would be happy to invite you to an on-site interview so that you can get a personal impression of the team and SSW.
The contract offer
